to Dolphin Scuba Team...
We have been operating in Kalkan since 1993 and were the first dive centre to open in the town. Since that time our client list has increased steadily each year. Our satisfied customers usually leave as friends and many also return year after year to dive with us again. Our team of friendly and professional staff do everything they can to make your time with us enjoyable and memorable.
Our dive guides and instructors are qualified to the highest internationally recognised diving standards, trained in first aid and all are English speaking with a working knowledge of at least one other language.
Whether a novice or experienced diver, we can cater for your specific requirements and all participants in our courses are fully insured.
Worried about
having a go?
Many people believe scuba diving is only for the young and active... Don't worry, people who think that are wrong!
The exhilarating sensation of weightlessness; the excitement of seeing underwater life at close quarters; the sheer physical challenge and sense of adventure - all these things and more go to make the sport which is scuba diving. A sport which is attracting more and more people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities each year. Having learnt the correct techniques from a qualified instructor, you can enjoy the element of risk without being in any way endangered by it.
Your First Time?
First time divers will, after watching the PADI Discover Scuba video, receive an introductory talk on our dive boat by one of the instructors. After being shown the equipment, they will be fitted out with modern and fully serviced scuba gear, before taking their first dip. Clients will participate in their first dive in small groups in shallow water and under the close supervision of our diving instructors.

Non Divers
Families and friends of those who are diving but not wishing to participate themselves, are welcome to join us on the dive boat for the day. You will have an enjoyable day out relaxing on the spacious sun deck, or swimming and snorkelling in crystal clear warm waters (a small charge is made for non divers, please see our price list).
Refreshments
We serve a freshly prepared cooked lunch on the boat each day and, a selection of hot and cold drinks is also available for purchase on board. (NB. Although beer is available, it will not be served to divers until after the conclusion of the day's diving.)

Website History
The Dolphin Scuba Team website was started in 2000 and is built and maintained on our behalf by the Webmaster, David Hasney who is another one of our satisfied customers! Dave received his diver training with us and is another person who has made several previous trips to Kalkan and keeps returning... You can see a brief account of Dave's first experience with us here.
